We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Scale Motorsport products and our service. If for any reason you are not satisfied in part or in whole with any purchase you made, we will gladly replace or refund your purchase, whichever you prefer.

All refunds either by credit card account or Scale Motorsport company check will require that you return the unused portion of the item(s) you purchased, please note:

• Credit Card Returns: If you choose to take a complete refund and your original transaction was made with a credit card, we will apply 100% of your original invoice to your credit card account.
  
  
• Check & Cash Purchases: If you choose to take a complete refund and your original transaction was made by cash, check or money order we will send you a check for the amount that equals the cost of the product you purchased, including shipping!

We will even replace Scale Motorsport products you purchased from a hobby dealer, trade show vendor or mail order house, just give us a call to make the arrangments. You will need to send us the unused portion of the product you wish to replace.

If you choose to have a part or product replaced, just contact us either by phone (203-426-9686), fax (203-426-1397) or email customerservice@scalemotorsport.com. Tell us your product problem and we’ll send out a new replacement. We will need to know your name, shipping address and phone number or email address.
